Animation Examples

There are three different ways to animate static banners - one step animation, slide show animation and frame by frame animation.

One Step Animation

One Step Animation is the easiest way to make an animation. It takes a single static banner and applies the animation. Simply select the animation you want and save.

One Step Animations can be sped up, slowed down, or have the number of loops limited.

Slide Show Animation

Slide Show Animation takes two or more static banners and combines them with an animation so the animation flows between the banners. Create the two (or more) individual banners and then select the transition effect that goes between them. Each banner gets a transition effect. For example, banner 1 has a transition effect into banner 2, and banner 2 has a transition effect back into banner 1.

Frame by Frame Animation

Frame by Frame Animation takes two or more banners and animates and shows the banners one at a time with no animation between them.

The most common type of banner in this format is a slide show with no animation in between the banners. No animation between the banners allows you to add more text to the banner and keep the size down so it will load faster.

Another use of the frame by frame animation allows you to create cartoon-type animations where you create several banners by moving or adding text to create an effect. Here's an example of an add a letter animation.
