Hayley (she/her) is a Director of Product Design at HubSpot. Previously, she led teams at Nike, Shopify, Airbnb, and IBM.

Hayley recently joined HubSpot as a Design Director. Prior to her new role, Hayley led product design teams focused on elevating quality and brand distinction via design language systems and building shopping experiences for customer trust and privacy on Nike.com and the Nike app. She is an advocate for building diverse, empowered teams and has deep experience driving cross-team and org-wide collaboration. She believes innovation and designing for the future requires people to design with, not just for, the communities and cultures they serve to reach the highest impact.

Hayley is an experienced design leader known for shaping large-scale design transformations and coaching design teams to build industry standard-setting design systems. Over her 15-year career, she has served on design leadership teams and executed design projects for IBM, Airbnb, Shopify, the Rubin Museum, NBC Universal, and The Clinton Foundation. Her experience spans consumer and enterprise technology, entertainment, commerce and retail, hospitality, user experience, brand, and strategy.

Hayley earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Georgia and a Master of Graphic and Experience Design from North Carolina State University. She continues to learn and educate through talks and webinars with organizations like Figma, Adobe, Monotype, and the University of Texas at Austin.
