Over my 10 year design career, I have designed and led building e-commerce experiences in B2C marketplaces and B2B SaaS solutions.
I have scaled design teams in both start-up and hyper growth environments; and I've personally led the integration of UX research programs, customer personas, data driven design methodologies, design thinking workshops, and design operations multiple times.
