Group training

Group training is a fantastic way to achieve weight loss, improve muscular endurance, and boost your metabolism. This type of training allows for a fun and supportive atmosphere while challenging your body to work hard and reach your fitness goals.

As your coach, I'll design a sports specific training program to improve your performance in your chosen sport. We'll target specific attributes such as strength, power, speed, endurance, agility, and coordination through a combination of exercises like weight training, plyometrics, cardio, and flexibility. I'll regularly monitor your progress and adjust the program to reach your goals. With my help, you'll see improvements in your physical performance and confidence in your sport.

One on One

Personal Training

Personal training might be the ideal choice for you if you have specific needs or goals and prefer individualized attention. With personal training, you'll receive customized workouts that cater to your unique requirements, allowing you to achieve your specific goals efficiently. Additionally, you'll work one-on-one with a trainer who can provide you with hands-on guidance and support throughout your fitness journey. If you don't enjoy working out in a group setting, personal training offers you a private, personalized experience.
