Arrival & departure times

Mobile homes and Bed & Breakfast accommodation

• Earliest arrival time 2pm but we can't guarantee your accommodation will be ready before 4pm. Arrival before 2pm will incur a half day visitor charge.

• Latest arrival time 10pm.

• All accommodation to be vacated by 10am, you are welcome to stay on site longer but after 12.00 noon will incur a half day visitor charge.

• Mobile homes shall be left clean and tidy, all dog hairs swept up. A cleaning fee will be charged at the owners discretion if not left in reasonable order.

• Please report any breakages or accidents as they happen so that we can arrange replacements for future guests.

• Breakages are to be paid for in full.

Tents, caravans and camper vans

• Earliest Arrival time 2pm.

• Departure time 12.00midday. These times are to ensure vehicles do not meet each other on the single track lane.

• You are welcome to stay on site longer but need to vacate your pitch by 12.00 midday and ask Kathy or Andy where you can leave your unit. A £5 per adult charge will be made for any stay after 11.30am.

Children

Children under the age of 16 are the responsibility of the accompanying parents or guardians and should not be left unsupervised in the mobile homes, hot tub, sauna or swimming pool.

Dogs

All dogs must be kept under control at all times and on a lead when live stock are present. In the mobile home they are to be kept off all furniture in all rooms and never left on their own in the mobile home. If your dog is not kept under control or causes a nuisance to other guests you may be asked to leave. You must poop scoop all your dogs' toilet waste around the farm and dispose of it in the bins provided.

Deposit No cheque payments after 30th June 2011

• Camping cost of one night stay at time of booking, non refundable. The remainder on arrival. During main season you will be asked to pay the full amount at the time of booking and are advised to take out holiday insurance.

• Mobile homes £100 at the time of booking, non refundable. The remainder paid at least 6 weeks prior to commencement. All bookings made within 6 weeks of commencement must be paid in full when booking. We advise you to take out holiday insurance.

• No cheque payments after 30th June 2011

• All major credit cards & debit cards accepted.

Cancellations

Once your booking has been agreed, whether by telephone, letter or email, a legally binding contract has been made with no automatic right of cancellation. If you cancel a reservation, fail to take up the accommodation, or leave prematurely, regardless of the reason, no refunds will be given. We strongly advise you to take out your own holiday insurance.

Please be aware Acorns Naturist Retreat is up for sale.
Should the sale of the property go ahead before the end of the 2023 season and the buyers are not prepared to run the site as a naturist site, any monies paid for camping or static hire after the date of sale will be refunded in full by the current owners.
