4.5 stars for the pizza, 4 for the ambiance. The service was good, we were not rushed, but the tables were a bit cramped (our pizza pan was jutting into our faces) and there was barely any space available on the table once the pizza arrived. The tables themselves are packed a bit close together, such that we had to slide our table to the side a little to get out without hitting into another table.
We came for lunch and ordered the arancini as well as a full pizza, half original old-fashioned square, half arrabbiata (old fashioned but topped with spicy peppers) and added ricotta to the arrabbiata.
The aracini were fairly light and tasted of saffron. 5 came in an order and we enjoyed them, but given the size of the pizza, I don't think we needed them. The pizza is a good value as one pie can easily feed 2, possibly 3 people. I think most people with a normal appetite would eat about 3 slices and a full pie has 10. If people are hungry or have a larger appetite, you could eat 5-6 slices. Most tables of two around us ordered a full pie and had to take the leftovers home.
The pizza was delicious, the crust was perfectly crunchy on the exterior and bottom, and had a good thickness, not too thin, but not as thick as a Sicilian. The ingredients were tasty, the tomato sauce and cheese were perfectly balanced (not too much of either). The spicy peppers on the arrabbiata were quite spicy and while I enjoyed them, they really take over any other flavors.
I would definitely recommend the original old-fashioned pizza and imagine other pizzas on the menu are very good too given that the crust is the masterpiece here.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 581257Apr 6, 2024
It's my first night, staying in Wall Street area, and Adrienne's was highly recommended. The place is very busy, though Stone St is quiet compared to usual since it's cold tonight.
We ordered a whole pizza (big) and lasagna (small serving!). The food was okay. If you are expecting NY style pizza, this is not the place. It's more of a California pizza. The crust does not have the NY chew or crunchiness I was looking for and for some reason, our pizza came out warm, not hot.
The lasagna also did not particularly stand out. However, the place does have a fun vibe.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kev R.SoMa, San Francisco, CA222Jan 17, 2024
The pizzeria is what every pizza lover says in New York City. It's the best because of what New York City has that nowhere around the entire world has! Their type of water filtration to make their dough. The service is fine in the younger waiter/waitresses serving you in a timely manner
The ambiance is incredible! Sit at any part of their indoor area. It will be loud but comfortable to talk amongst your friends. They have a bar, tv, and the dim lights make it very relaxing.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 20, 20241 check-in
Had midweek dinner here with my daughter. Got a full pie. As you can see in the photo it's large (10pcs). Service was good. We were seated quickly. Wait staff was attentive. The place was buzzing with activity. Pizza was great! We got our pie with 1/2 with sausage and meatball; 1/2 with sausage & broccoli. For cost reference, after tip our total was $50 (pizza with toppings, no drinks... water). That price tag comes with being in Fidi.

Came here on Octoberfest to avoid the insane crowds on Stone Street. Thankfully we got in through the back door and were welcomed to our pizza oasis.
We tried the Arrabbiata Square Pizza and the Original Old-Fashioned Square Pizza.
Original Old-Fashioned (5/5) - Simple but so well-executed
Arrabbiata (5/5) - basically the regular pizza with green and red pickled jalapeños! Super spicy, but soo delicious.
I've been here before and tried the Quattro Formaggi. The blue cheese is a bit overpowering for this one, wouldn't be my go to.
Adrienne's nails the classics with high quality ingredients and great execution. Will definitely be back to try more of their specialty pies too!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 11, 2023
It had been a few years since I was at Adrienne's Pizza Bar, at 54 Stone Street, in DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN.
My memory of some of the most delicious pizza had never left me, but I just had not made it back until 2 days ago, when I invited 6 friends from Wyoming to please join me for GREAT NYC PIZZA. They all loved it!!
You will enjoy some of the ABSOLUTE MOST DELICIOUS PIZZA right here at Adrienne's Pizza Bar. It is located in downtown Manhattan, walking distance from the WTC, from the South Street Seaport, from a lot of places downtown. My real point is, it is worth a trip from anywhere, to be able to enjoy this pizza. Mmmm, some of THE BEST!!
I have to go back to try the other entrees on the menu, such as eggplant parmigiana, and much more.
The food and service are simply GREAT!!!
I'll post photos of the rectangular shaped CHEESE PIZZA, AND THE PEPPERONI PIZZA. You MUST order at least one or more pizzas.
I usually take lots of photos, but I was hungry for this pizza, and I was with 6 friends visiting from Wyoming, so between the excitement of seeing these special friends, and hunger, and the OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS PIZZAS ON THE TABLE, I didn't photograph the menu, which I like to be able to share. So, I will simply have to go back very soon LOL...REALLY!!
The restaurant staff was able to set up tables so that my party of 7 could be seated comfortably (and quickly) at a great, fun, window location !! FANTASTIC!!!
There are a lot of nice picnic tables outside, on the old cobblestone street in front of the restaurant so you can eat outside OR inside.
I love the food here, and so did my friends from Wyoming. We were all happy to see the kids enjoy 3 and 4 slices each!! Yes, THAT IS HOW GOOD THE PIZZA IS. So, if you are a picky eater, this is probably going to be a favorite place for you. OR, IF YOU LOVE GREAT PIZZA, YOU WANT TO BE HERE!!
Enjoy!!Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 1 - Grace M.Missouri City, TX082Apr 6, 2024
I genuinely never leave reviews but I've been thinking about this pizza since I got it. The staff was very nice and the vibes were good. The place was a little dark and the music was a biiiiit loud but the food was insane.......... We got the napoletana and split a bottle of the house red. Pizza was insanely good.

Location: Financial district near the Stock Exchange.
Ambiance: Casual, great outdoor seating area with picnic style tables.
Service: We were seated quickly as we came here for a late lunch mid week but I can imagine this place is packed when the weather is nice at peak times. Service was pretty good, food came out fairly quickly.
Food: My husband and I shared a half portion of the Original Old-Fashioned Square pizza and topped it with pepperoni, mushrooms, and sausage. While not your traditional NY pizza, this was still delicious, thin, and crispy. We were both very satisfied with the serving size, so I definitely recommend 2 people sharing a half portion.
Overall, great casual place to get your pizza fix if you're in the area!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
